An earlier version of Shockwave Player is pre-installed with most popular Internet browsers. Sometimes,
damage to the Shockwave Player that's already installed can prevent your upgrading to the latest
Shockwave Player. You can resolve almost all difficulties encountered with the Macromedia Shockwave and
Flash Players by taking the following steps:
Step 1
Download and run the swuninstaller.exe file. When you click on the link below, you'll see the following screen.
Make sure that you check the box that says "Run this program from its current location", as illustrated in the
screen shot.
Step 2
The next window will be titled "Security Warning". Don't be alarmed, this is normal. We recommend that you DO NOT
check "Always trust contest from Macromedia, Inc.". Leave that box UNCHECKED and just click on the "Yes" button.
Step 3
Before you go any further, this screen asks you to close all open browsers. If you don't shut them down, the
program will do it for you. Make sure to take a look at the rest of this page before proceeding, so you're
not flying blind! If you get stuck anywhere, just follow the on-screen prompts, it's pretty easy from here on
out. Click "Next" now.
Step 4
Now the program is ready to uninstall the shockwave player. Click the "Next" button.
Step 5
If you have netscape installed, this step will uninstall the Shockwave plugin for netscape. Click the
"Uninstall" button now.
Step 6
The installation is complete! The next time you come to
www.JackpotKing.com and try to play a game,
you will be prompted to install the shockwave plugin. If you still have any problems with the installation,

If you've completed all the steps on this page, then you should be ready to play some games. Remember, you
